Establishing trust – First, I need to earn your trust and confidence. A lot of this comes from you understanding my business model and unique value proposition. Then having a phone conversation, which could last anywhere from 15 – 45 minutes after I have reviewed your Google Ads account.
Account review – If you reach out to me, I assume it’s because you are serious about hiring a professional to help you with Google Ads. That’s great; because I’m absolutely sure I can help. The question is, how much can I help, approximately how much will it cost, how long will it take and are we a good fit? The best way to determine that is by allowing me to look at your Google Ads account. To do that, we need to go through a process where you grant me access to your Google Ads account.
The first step is for you to provide me with your Google Ads Customer ID. You will find it on the top of the page when you log into your Google Ads account. It’s a 10-digit number in this format: xxx-xxx-xxxx. Take that number, go to my Contact page and complete the form, including your Customer ID number. I will initiate the process on my end and will notify you with an email message with the next step. It usually only takes me a few minutes to gage the skill level of whoever is managing your Google Ads account. Once I know that, we can have a substantive conversation about how I’ll be able to help you.
Commitment – If you are ready to engage my services, I will send you an email message that contains two things; an invoice for $1,000US (10 hours of my time) using PayPal or major credit card and a request for you to read my Terms of service. I prefer to call it an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding). I ask that you read this before sending me any money. It is not a contract, just my attempt to be as open and honest about this journey we are about to take together.
